Early Intervention

The 'Under 3' realm (Team-Based Early Intervention Program) provides a team to work with the family composed of a Support Coordinator and a core team composed of but not limited to a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech/Language Pathologist, and a Developmental Specialist.

Therapy frequency, focus, and duration is determined by the child’s team that is comprised of the family, Child, and the AzEIP Team. Therapy focuses on supporting the family in the development and implementation of strategies to help meet the family created routine based outcomes.
